We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our Production and Manufacturing Engineering team in Estonia, Tallinn.
This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to establish and develop our quality engineering function from scratch.
You will design and implement quality control processes and perform inspections of materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Additionally, you will work with suppliers and internal teams to verify that incoming materials and product designs adhere to the quality standards.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Creating and implementing quality control plans that define quality standards, inspection methods, and testing criteria for products
- Conducting inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Keeping accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality control activities
- Working with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet quality standards
- Providing training to production team on quality standards, inspection techniques, and proper use of measurement tools
- Supporting the introduction of new products by ensuring that quality standards are integrated into the design and development phases
- Collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and quality in new product designs
What we hope youll bring to the table:
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering as a Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance or in a similar role
- Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools, including 5S and A3, to improve manufacturing processes
- Experience using CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software
- Familiarity with ERP systems, quality management software, and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of technical expertise and strong analytical thinking
Beneficial:
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt are advantageous
