In this role, you will observe and assess the performance of our Game Presenters across multiple studios, ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism. You will collaborate closely with our Academy to establish a comprehensive global performance evaluation process, facilitating continuous improvement and excellence in our gaming offerings.

Your daily tasks will be 

• Monitor Game Presenter performance: Conduct regular observations and assessments of Game Presenter performance across our studios, ensuring adherence to set standards and procedures;
• Evaluate Game Presenter performance: Provide detailed performance evaluations for all casino games offered, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement;
• Monitor stream quality. Conduct regular observations and assessments of video and sound quality and report any issues;
• Compile individual reports: Fill in reports describing the workload, main issues observed, suggestions for improvements, and other information required by the Team Lead;
• Perform other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.

What we expect from you

• 6 months of Live Studio experience for internal employees;
  
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English and fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese or Turkish will be considered an advantage;
  
• Experience in the online casino field;
  
• High attention to detail;
  
• Advanced level of computer skills;
  
• High sense of responsibility, self-confidence, and self-assurance;
  
• The ability to accurately fulfill the direct management orders and work tasks;
  
• The ability to work in a team and independently;
  
• The ability to work rotations.
