Playtechs Cross Product Solutions unit is looking for a Data Migration Team Lead with excellent technical and communication skills to join our Tartu office.

Your influential mission. You will...

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Data Migration Managers.
Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team members' development and effectiveness.
Develop and implement a competence roadmap to continuously improve the team's skills and knowledge in data migration tools, techniques, and best practices.
Act as a liaison between the Data Migration Team and other departments to understand their needs and provide data migration expertise and support.
Coordinate resources, allocate assignments and manage workloads to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data migration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Components for success. You...

Have previous experience or strong interest in leading and managing a team, with people management and mentoring skills.
Have previous working experience in IT from the areas of project management, dev ops, infrastructure
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of relevant data migration tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL processes, data mapping tools).
Are independent, creative thinker and you strive for innovations
Are highly motivated, self-sufficient and able to operate efficiently without close supervision
Take full responsibility of your work and your teams work
Are fluent in English
