If You have:

• University degree in business, marketing, communications or related field;
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce;
• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms;
• Experience with website content development and CMS platforms;
• Ability to coordinate activities and communication between multiple parties;
• Great writing & editorial skills for ad copies and ;
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret data (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.);
• Basic understanding of SEO or CRM (email, mobile marketing), would be an advantage;
• Punctuality and attention to details;
• Creativity, flexibility, and effective communication skills are key attributes we seek in our candidates;
• Good English language skills (written and spoken).

We will entrust You:

• Daily campaign and content creation on Rimi's digital platforms such as the e-store, app, social media channels.
• Create and manage content partners, keep eye on blogs etc.;
• Cooperating with the marketing, commercial, designer teams and agencies in the development of brand and promotional materials;
• Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of digital marketing activities and making necessary adjustments to optimize results;
• Actively participating in Baltic digital development projects, working closely with teams in other countries, agencies, and staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends in Lithuania;
• Identifying opportunities for Rimi within the digital landscape and exploring potential strategies for growth;
• Undertaking other sector-specific tasks as assigned.

Rimi office location: Our current office is located at Põrguvälja tee 3, Pildiküla, Rae Parish, Harju County. In 2025, Rimi's office will relocate to Laagri.
