BOX STORAGE was founded in 2006 and offers the largest self-storage service in the Baltics. We were the first to introduce self-storage services in Latvia and the Baltics. Currently, we are expanding our operations in Estonia and are looking for a manager to lead our new branch in Tallinn, Punane 46.

BOX STORAGE provides a comfortable environment for using our services, offering clients heated rooms, loading zones under the roof, 24/7 access, available carts for moving goods, elevators, as well as managerial support during working hours.

We invite you to join our BOX STORAGE team as a Client Manager.

We expect the candidate to have:

A responsible attitude toward work;
Ability to independently plan and organize work, as well as take initiative;
Ability to quickly and efficiently solve problem situations;
A positive and friendly attitude towards clients;
Experience with documentation and good computer skills;
Proficiency in Estonian and English;
Marketing experience is desirable;
Experience in working with clients is a plus.

Job responsibilities:

Communicating with potential clients and providing support to existing clients;
Ensuring the flow of documents and information within the company and with clients (contract signing, report creation, email and invoice preparation for clients, etc.);
Participating in the planning and organizing of the companys operations;
Involvement in the companys marketing activities;
Supervising the self-storage facility and ensuring its operation.
