Summer in Skåne? After midsummer everything starts and here at Skivarps Gästgivaregård we are looking for you who really love to cook, you have the education and experience to create exciting menus and prepare the food for our guests, you are ambitious, loyal and creative. You work in a team with other staff and sometimes the pace is high!

Here at the inn, food is made with tradition and modern elements, love and the finest seasonal ingredients. You have high demands on personal hygiene, environment and hygiene in the kitchen, because that is important to us too. You should speak Swedish, otherwise English is a must.

The Gästgivaregård dates back to the 1680s with 2 dining rooms, an a la carte and a banquet hall, a wine cellar and outdoor seating during the warm months. We have 16 hotel rooms that are often fully booked during the weekends and the whole summer, so of course we make breakfast for our hotel guests.

We work a lot with wine and food in combination as we, the owners of the farm, Jeanette and Johan, are very interested in wine. We hold wine tastings and wine courses every now and then, and then with a combination of our chefs' fantastic food. We have owned and operated the inn since 2003, so it is season 23 that we are starting now.

We are looking for you, chef/chefs, from now on and throughout the summer season and possibly by agreement until we finish the goose dinners and Christmas menu in December.

Note: This is a chef job in an a la carte kitchen that requires education and experience, so we will unfortunately not respond to applications that do not meet these requirements.

Salary by agreement, between 17-28EUR/hour, depending on experience. We are a member of Visita Sverige who negotiates our collective agreements.
