We are looking for a Laundromat Operational Manager to take care of several self-service laundromats. This job is perfect for someone who is responsible, organized, and enjoys keeping places clean and running smoothly.

- Make sure all laundromats are open for customers, working properly, and clean

- Organize cleaning work with cleaning staff

- Help customers both in person and by phone if they have questions or need help using machines

- Communicate with different suppliers (equipment providers, detergent suppliers, utility companies, and landlords) to make sure everything works well and deliveries are on time

- Handle basic paperwork and prepare regular reports

- Follow up on problems and tasks until they are solved

- Take part in marketing activities to help promote the laundromats

- Be proactive in assisting with finding and opening new laundromat locations

- You are responsible and good at managing your time

- You can handle different tasks at once and stay organized

- You enjoy helping people and solving different kinds of issues both technical and operational

- You pay attention to details, especially when it comes to cleanliness and accurate reporting

- You are proactive and not afraid to take initiative or suggest improvements

- You speak English and Estonian (Russian is a plus)

- You have a drivers license
