Stora Enso Logistics Operations is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Global Ocean Container team located in Tallinn. The Global Ocean Container team was established in 2012 and is handling the export orders from Stora Enso Sawmills that are located in Nordic and Baltic. The task of this team is to administrate bookings, documentation and enquiries related to Global Ocean Container and Land transports.

Note that this is a full-time position on a fixed-term contract with an immediate starting date.

Main responsibilities

Main focus is handling of truck bookings
Continuously keep internal and external stakeholders up to date with relevant market and delivery information
Arrange for the creation and distribution of connected transport documents
Actively work on improving efficiency and quality of operational processes
Support Global Ocean Container team when needed

To succeed in this role, we see that you have/are

2-3 years of experience in logistics or equivalent education
Previous experience at a trucking/forwarding company is a bonus
A service minded mentality and a desire to be part of an engaged team
Excellent communication and cooperation skills
Willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility
Enjoy working in an international and continuously changing environment
Problem solver with a holistic approach
Fluency in English and Estonian is required
