Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Department Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the wholesale department, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day tasks and internal processes.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with Authorized Retail Partners through timely, effective communication and service.
Data Entry & System Maintenance:
- Accurately enter and manage customer and sales data within CRM and other internal platforms, ensuring all records are up-to-date and audit-ready.
Lead Engagement:
- Contact and follow up with warm leads to nurture interest and guide them through the onboarding or reactivation process.
Account Reactivation:
- Proactively reach out to dormant or inactive wholesale accounts to reestablish business relationships and reintroduce Selkirk products.
Lead Generation Support:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new leads for the outside sales team, contributing to overall pipeline growth.
Upselling & Account Growth:
- Promote additional product offerings to existing Authorized Retail Partners, helping them maximize their Selkirk assortment.
Product & Technology Education:
- Communicate new product releases and technology updates clearly and enthusiastically to wholesale partners, reinforcing Selkirks brand leadership.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure partner needs are met and internal communications are aligned.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve team workflows, tools, and customer interactions, supporting a culture of growth and excellence.
