We're looking for a WFM Specialist to join our Global Remote Operations team. Our goal is to provide required remote assistance capacities to support our delivery service worldwide. We are expecting the WFM Specialist to play a critical role in optimizing our workforce management to meet evolving customer demand and business growth.
At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who are currently based in Estonia with a valid working permit.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Develop and maintain optimized schedules for a remote assistance specialist workforce, ensuring adequate coverage and efficiency
- Monitor real-time performance and adherence, making necessary adjustments to maintain service levels
- Contribute to accurate forecasting of demand volumes and staffing needs.
- Generate and analyse WFM reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements
- Collaborate closely with other operational teams, training, and performance management teams to align WFM strategies with business goals
- Support the onboarding and integration of new outsourcing partners into Starship WFM processes

What we hope you'll bring to the table:
- Solid understanding of WFM principles, including forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, and reporting
- Experience with analytics and reviewing operational metrics
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams
- Exemplary work ethic and ability to work at a fast pace
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English
