In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Manage, supervise, maintain and improve operation of Accounts (onboarding, offboarding) and liquidity solutions in Estonia. Keep competence about the product and share knowledge with employees involved in sales;
- Give input for further product development and perform project manager role for the product localization;
- Participate in projects related to product development by representing customer needs and perform business testing before production. Give input for strategic planning and formulate IT development needs for the product;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.
What is needed in this role:
- Knowledge of corporate banking business and products;
- Good analysis incl. problem solving skills;
- Strategic thinking, market awareness and customer focus;
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills;
- High self-leadership skills;
- University degree;
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
