As a Club Receptionist, youll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and professional front-of-house experience. Your day-to-day will involve greeting guests, handling onboarding and registration, and supporting them with any questions or requests during their visit and beyond. As a cash-free casino, were focused on delivering a seamless digital experience through innovative apps and wallet solutions. Youll also play an important part in introducing these tools to our new and returning guests, helping ensure a modern and smooth customer journey.
The role brings plenty of variety, as youll rotate between the Bombay Club and Chesterfield Poker Club keeping your workdays dynamic and engaging.
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Register guests in the system, following local laws and KYC requirements, and explain the process clearly.
- Handle all guest questions and requests (by phone, email, or in person) as quickly and helpfully as possible.
- Support the management team with guest identification and help with other admin or communication tasks as needed.
- Offer advice and local tips to guests about the area and activities.
- Be proactive notice what guests might need and go the extra mile to help.
- Know how to follow emergency procedures if needed (e.g. fire, medical, police).
- Polite, professional, and confident when engaging with guests.
- Fluent in Estonian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proactive and attentive quick to notice guest needs and ready to act.
- Clear and timely in communication with your team.
- Detail-oriented and thorough in everyday tasks.
- Comfortable using basic tech and computer systems; experience with customer service, crypto, or KYC (client identification) is an advantage.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays (typical shifts range from 8–12 hours).
- Always well-groomed and presentable.
- Minimum age of 21.
- Eligible applicants must have the legal right to work and live in Estonia.
You will join the Product Operations team, which includes five other Club Receptionists and four Wallet Operations Specialists. Everyone reports to the Product Operations Manager. They will help you during onboarding and training to succeed in your role.
- Compensation: The base salary for this position is €9.50 gross per hour, complemented by the tip pool and night time bonus.
