About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and punctual HW Asset and Lifecycle Management Expert to join our Shared Service Centre team. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless service delivery and creating exceptional customer value. You will be responsible for managing clients with a global scope, effectively implementing new client contracts, and establishing HW asset and lifecycle management processes.
Asset and Lifecycle Management Expert tasks are:
- Project Management: Participate in large-scale projects to implement new client contracts, focusing on establishing HW Asset Management and Lifecycle Management (LCM) processes.
- Process Oversight: Oversee HW asset and lifecycle management processes for global clients, ensuring they integrate smoothly into daily operations.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, primarily based in Sweden, from our Tallinn office to support HW AM and LCM processes.
- Asset Data Management: Control and manage asset data operationally, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Client Support: Provide support for a diverse portfolio of clients across various countries and continents, managing and sustaining HW AM and LCM processes.
As an Asset and Lifecycle Management Expert, you have:
- Experience and Expertise: Strong background in HW asset and lifecycle management, with hands-on experience in HW Asset Management/LCM. Familiarity with HW Asset Management/LCM processes and tools such as ServiceNow/CMDB.
- ITIL Knowledge: ITIL certification or a solid understanding of the ITIL Framework is essential.
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is required, and proficiency in Swedish is a significant advantage, as projects may need to be managed in Swedish.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing/participating in large-scale projects, particularly transition and transformation projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Good computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and Visio.
- Personal Attributes: Result-oriented with a positive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize workload. You should be self-motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Stress Tolerance: Ability to handle routine tasks under pressure and maintain a team-oriented approach.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Global Experience: Previous experience working with global clients and managing a diverse client portfolio, especially within the HW AM and LCM processes.
