Purpose of the role:

The Spa Head Therapist oversees spa operations and leads the spa team to deliver exceptional treatments and experiences to guests. This role involves managing the spa staff, developing treatment protocols, and ensuring the highest standards of service.

Your responsibilities will be: 

• Manage spa staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Conduct regular in-house training sessions to ensure therapists' development through technical training.
• Maintain the highest standards of service and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Develop and implement treatment protocols and spa packages.
• Ensure all staff have a complete understanding of rules and regulations.
• Perform spa treatments as needed to meet guest demand.
• Promote spa services and products to guests.
• Maintain inventory of spa products and supplies.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Motivate, encourage, and lead the therapist team to maintain a positive working environment.

• Certified and experienced in a variety of spa treatments and therapies.
• Proven leadership and management skills in a spa setting.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spa products and trends in wellness therapies.
• Proficiency in English at a conversational level.
• Team player with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
