Head of Legal Estonia 

ESTO Estonia (ESTO AS), a subsidiary of ESTO Group, is looking for an active, dedicated and experienced Head of Legal. ESTO Estonia is the largest creditor and one of the fastest growing fintech companies in Estonia and is a fully licensed consumer credit company and operates under the license of the Financial Supervision Authority.

You will be in charge of the Estonian legal team, shaping the Estonian side of Legal and Compliance matters, and taking responsibility for the success of the Estonian branch of the largest fintech company in the Baltics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master or equivalent in law
• Working experience at least 3 years
• Having native/bilingual proficiency in Estonian language
• Full working proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Sufficient awareness of Baltic and European regulatory requirements related to banking and financial services in general
