- Managing the environmental impact assessment process for the offshore wind farm and organizing the territory planning process required for the projects implementation
- Securing all necessary permits for the projects implementation in compliance with applicable legislation
- Collaborating with the project team to ensure the timely and successful implementation of the offshore wind farm project
- Working in close partnership with local authorities and communities to ensure that developed objects fulfill the required permitting and territory planning processes successfully
- Translating complex problems into easily understandable tasks and tangible actions
- Delivering specialist training and development across the business which meets Company vision and helps drive a culture of behavioral change.
- Have a degree in an environmental management sciences, territory planning, engineering or relevant field
- Have 2+ years of experience working the above-described area of responsibilities
- Hold project management experience and skills. Experience in renewable energy area would be considered as an advantage
- Possess great communication and negotiation skills. Attitude to solve problems quickly with advanced conflict resolution skills
- Are able to take strategic views of environmental sustainability requirements for the business
- Have IT literacy knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Are proficient in English and Estonia language.
