Requirements for candidates

5+ years of commercial experience in IT sales;
Experience in leading business development teams;
Advanced communication and negotiation skills;
Advanced spoken and written English and native Estonian;
Experience in selling IT services to USA, EU, Australia, Israel and other countries
Experience using sales tools and social networks to approach leads;
Experience in closing deals;
Knowledge of business correspondence etiquette;
Advanced presentation skills;

Job description

We invite a professional Sales Manager to boost Plexteq sales and bring them to the next level. We are an international software development company that is currently demonstrating active growth. You'll become an integral part of our business development team and closely cooperate with CEO/CTO, COO and our partners.

The potential Sales Manager will be resolving the following tasks and responsibilities:

Develop new sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase profit;
Analyze business opportunity potential of the company;
Search for potential prospects and investigate new markets;
Lead negotiations with potential leads aiming to close deals;
Take part in the tender process;
Lead and manage business development team;
Report on monthly results.
