As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Samsung customers via calls, e-mails, and chats. You will provide remote technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung customers in Russian and Estonian language.

For you to flourish in this role, the most important thing is to have the motivation to deliver good customer service. And to actually communicate with customers, it's important that you are fluent in Estonian language (C1 level spoken/ written), have good command of English and Russian (B2 level) and have interest in technology.

We are offering:

Hourly rate, 8,27 Euros / Gross
Temporary contract 1 year with possibility to extend
Expenses subsidy of 60 Euros / NET a month to cover different personal expenses for phone, internet, parking and sports

Work in shifts, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM till 19:00 PM (work in 8,5 h shifts)
