Requirements for candidates

Proven experience in the heat pump industry, including installation, technical support and training.
Strong customer-focused mindset with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
Flexibility to travel frequently across the Baltics and occasionally abroad.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Excellent command of the local language; good English skills required (corporate language); Russian language is a plus.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Job description

Theoretical and practical technical training sessions for installers and technical sales teams.
Provide expert pre-sales technical support for complex heating system solutions.
Assist with first-time installations and system commissioning to ensure proper setup and operation.
Conduct in-depth training sessions for service partners on maintenance and troubleshooting.
Resolve post-installation service issues and provide ongoing technical support.
Serve as a technical support contact for installers and service partners, offering timely assistance and guidance.
Lead efforts to acquire new direct partners heat pump installers.
Contribute technical content for the e-Academy, particularly for advanced training modules and resources.
