Chesterfield Poker Club operates under the Bombay Group umbrella but maintains its own distinct brand. As the only club in the Nordic region dedicated exclusively to poker, Chesterfield welcomes all who share a passion for this brilliant mind game, which has gained immense popularity in recent years.

Chesterfield offers a top-tier, cashless gaming experience that blends innovation, security, and a strong sense of community. Located near Tallinn's central square, the club hosts regular poker tournaments, international festivals, and numerous exciting special events. 

Purpose of the role:

As a Social Media Specialist in Chesterfield Poker Club, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across digital channels especially during high-energy poker events and tournaments. Youll create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, helping us grow our online community and showcase the excitement, atmosphere, and people behind our one-of-a-kind poker experiences. 

How you will contribute: 

• Cover live events and tournaments with on-the-ground content and real-time social storytelling.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
• Spot trends and produce reels, memes, and stories that resonate with poker and entertainment audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to deliver visually compelling content.
• Engage and grow our online community by responding to messages and interacting with followers.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations that support and elevate our brand image.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to boost engagement and reach.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during key events.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand ideally in entertainment, hospitality, or gaming.
• Hands-on content creator whos confident filming, photographing, writing captions, and posting on the go.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, social trends, and short-form content formats (especially reels and TikToks).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during poker events and tournaments.
• Confident communication skills in both English and Estonian.
• Ability to represent the brand online with the right tone, personality, and community engagement.
• Basic skills in video editing, graphic design, or use of content tools are a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly in fast-paced, live event environments.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
