Purpose of the role:As Employer Branding Specialist, youll play a key role in shaping how Bombay is perceived and experienced as an employer both by potential candidates and our own people. Youll support talent attraction by working closely with the Talent Acquisition and wider People team, as well as internal marketing and communications, and external partners.
Your focus will be on building, together with the team, a strong and authentic employer brand through creative content, storytelling, social media, and internal communication that brings the Bombay employee experience to life. Youll have a unique opportunity to be involved from the very beginning helping define the strategies, values, and ways of working that will shape employer branding at Bombay for the future.

How you will contribute:- Support the development and rollout of Bombays employer branding strategy from initial planning to day-to-day delivery.
- Manage our presence on social media and talent platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Teamtailor, various job boards), including content planning, creation, basic scheduling, and reporting.
- Create engaging content such as employee stories, visuals, videos, and event highlights that reflect life at Bombay.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, internal marketing, and key stakeholders to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
- Help coordinate surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather employee insights and support content and messaging development.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and posts, track engagement, and apply learnings to improve reach and relevance.
- Ensure branding materials and messaging are aligned with Bombays tone, values, and culture.
- Stay curious and up to date on employer branding trends, especially within hospitality, entertainment, and gaming.
- Support internal branding efforts: help organise internal and career events, employee celebrations, and value-based communications.
- Assist with activating the employee brand ambassador program and employee referral campaigns through simple, clear messaging.
- Gather feedback and help track engagement to support continuous improvement in employer brand initiatives.
Youre a great fit if you bring a mix of creativity, structure, and a hands-on mindset and youre excited about helping build something from the ground up.
- Some hands-on experience or a strong interest in employer branding and people-related topics, especially content and social media.
- Previous experience managing social media channels and creating engaging content for audiences.
- A good sense of storytelling and visuals, with the ability to turn ideas into clear, creative formats.
- Basic skills in design or video tools are a plus.
- Strong organisational skills you stay on top of tasks, meet deadlines, and support multiple projects.
- A proactive approach you enjoy coming up with new ideas and contributing to their execution.
- Clear communicator who enjoys working with others across teams and roles.
- Comfortable using planning and scheduling tools for social media or general project coordination.
- Able to review basic performance data and suggest improvements to content and campaigns.
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
- Interest or experience in hospitality, entertainment, or gaming is a bonus.
This role sits within the Bombay People team, reporting directly to Talent Acquisition, while also involving active collaboration with Marketing and external partners. On a daily basis, youll also work closely with a wide range of stakeholders from our casino, hospitality, office, and other teams, making your role both dynamic and well-connected to the heart of the business.
